What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 50 units per model for standard configurations. For fully customized ODM designs (new frame, unique mold), the MOQ is 100 units. Sample orders of 1-5 units are available for evaluation before committing to a bulk order.
How long does production take?
Standard models (existing frame, standard components): 15-25 days from deposit. Semi-custom (custom paint, branding, component swaps): 25-35 days. Full ODM (new frame design): 30-45 days including prototyping. All timelines are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Can you handle CE / EEC / DOT certification?
Yes. Our standard models are CE-certified. For EEC (European type approval) and DOT (US), we provide technical documentation, test reports, and support for certification testing at accredited labs. We have existing EEC-certified models that can be branded under your name, reducing certification time and cost.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. For established clients (3+ orders), we offer L/C at sight and OA terms up to 30 days. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers. All payments are protected by written contracts with clear deliverables and penalty clauses for delays.
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. Every order includes a complimentary spare parts kit (typically 2-3% of order value): controllers, brake pads, tires, tubes, bulbs, and fuses. Additional spare parts can be ordered at cost price. We provide a 2-year frame warranty and 1-year electrical component warranty. A dedicated after-sales engineer handles all claims with an average resolution time of 48 hours.
What is your production capacity and lead time for bulk orders?
Our factory operates 3 assembly lines with a combined capacity of 500 units per day (15,000 units/month). For standard models: 15-25 days from deposit. For semi-custom: 25-35 days. For full ODM with new frame tooling: 30-45 days including prototyping. Rush orders can be accommodated with a 20% expedite fee, subject to line availability.
Can you provide samples before bulk order? What is the sample cost?
Yes. Sample orders of 1-5 units are available for all standard models. Sample pricing is typically 1.5-2x the bulk unit price, and the difference is credited back on your first bulk order of 100+ units. Custom-branded samples require a $300 setup fee. Sample lead time: 7-10 days standard, 15-20 days custom.
What packaging do you use for international shipping?
Standard: 5-layer corrugated carton with foam corner protectors and metal frame reinforcement. Optional: wooden crate for sea freight ($15/unit), or SKD semi-knocked-down packaging to reduce volume by 40%. Each carton labeled with model, SKU, quantity, and handling instructions. Custom brand labels free for 500+ unit orders.
Do you offer drop shipping or warehouse fulfillment services?
We offer FOB Shanghai (default), CIF, and DDP terms. For clients with destination warehouses, we ship directly to your fulfillment center. No direct-to-consumer drop shipping from China, but we partner with your chosen 3PL. Recommended container quantities: 20GP ~120 units, 40HQ ~280 units for best per-unit logistics cost.
Can I visit your factory? Do you host factory audits?
Yes. We welcome client visits and third-party audits (SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek). Factory in Wuxi, China, ~2 hours from Shanghai Pudong Airport. We provide airport pickup, factory tour, engineering meeting, and sample review. Virtual factory tours via video call also available for clients unable to travel.
